My leadership didn’t begin with a title—it was shaped by navigating complexity, reading dynamics, and creating stability in uncertain environments.

Over the past 20+ years in corporate leadership across marketing, strategy, and organizational development, I’ve worked within complex systems—guiding teams through growth, change, and transformation. My path hasn’t been linear, but it has been intentional: building the ability to integrate people, strategy, and systems in service of performance that actually holds.

Because the truth is—most leadership challenges aren’t purely strategic. They’re human.

Sustainable performance is built through three interconnected pillars: Personal Mastery, Innovative Culture, and Business Growth. Together, they create the clarity, alignment, trust, and resilience organizations need to thrive.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategy and self-awareness. I work with leaders who are ready to move beyond performance-only models into a more integrated way of leading—where mind, body, heart, and intuition are not separate from how decisions are made, but essential to them.
